INGREDIENTS
Pie
1 unbaked pie crust
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. Ledgerock Bourbon
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Streusel
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans
PREP
In a bowl beat eggs. Mix in pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, Ledgerock Bourbon, and evaporated milk. Mix. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then reduce to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Make streusel. Cook butter over medium heat. Swirling until golden brown. Transfer into a new bowl and mix in brown sugar, flour and pecans. Sprinkle on top of cooking pie and bake for another 10 minutes. Pie is done when it does not jiggle in the middle. Cool and Enjoy!!
